Anime Expo was a lot of fun. I got to see Crispin Freeman in person XDDD, attended a Jyukai concert, and even got a book signed by Range Murata! Shadowbucket and I even saw Man Faye in our hotel!

Okay, so I just spent like 3 hours blogging about AX on my livejournal. To get the full story, with lots of pictures, you should visit there!

I promise you won't be disappointed! There's even a picture of me and Crispin Freeman! XD

You Have Been Tagged. Must Be Posted as a Journal Entry.
Reveal 8 Secrets about yourself and Keep the Tag Going.

Eight Secrets About Myself [Yourself]... but not really since if I revealed the real secrets, they wouldn't be secrets anymore.

1. I have a sort of fetish with japanese schoolgirl uniforms (yay pleated skirts and neckties!)
2. Lately I've been imagining various gory scenarios while driving... hence I've kind of stopped...
3. I like older (not TOO old, though... like from 25-38ish) men
4. I am obsessed with my weight
5. I have an unintentional habit about having crushes on gay or married men... hm.
6. Wish I could speak fluent German and Japanese (whoa, it's almost the axis of evil lolz)
7. People at school used to be intimidated by my braininess, but I'm really a big airhead and can easily be distracted.
8. I love punked out military wear or other somber clothing... I just feel like pink frilly stuff is cute, but would drown my face out.

And that's it for this. Adios, and I tag whoever wants to be tagged.

To make this not a complete waste of time, I would like to add that I might be attending the Jyukai concert.

Today I bought tickets for Anime Expo! Yay! I'm really excited about going, for several reasons. One, my friend and I are cosplaying characters from Fate Stay Night. :iconshadowbucket: is going as Saber, and I am going as Rin. Last Monday I purchased a Rin costume from ebay... !%!#%$!# It's because I don't know how to sew, and I don't have a sewing maching... I know, there's no integrity involved, but that's okay, because shadowbucket and I are going to look CUTE. My next reason for going is to see the other cosplayers, and for the overall atmosphere. It's a lot of fun just seeing what other people have done, and though glomping strangers freaks me out, I guess I'll make some compromises. Oh, and Jyukai is going to be there... I've only been listening to her song from Fate Stay Night a million times. :D Another reason is that I really want to buy things...lol, and see other people's artwork.

On another note, yay I graduated! Thank god, no more school. AND, I graduated class valedictorian. Whew, it was a close one! I think if I got one B, then I would be tied with my friend. The speech went well, and now I don't have to think about high school any more. YES.

The past two months have been the busiest time of my life. The five AP classes I took began pulling me under like a potato sack full of rocks. AP art was particularly dastardly; I had five pieces to do in two weeks. Now, I'm a pretty meticulous person when it comes to art, so normally, a piece (medium: oil) takes about 6 or 7 hours to paint. Add that with AP Lit., AP US History, AP Stats, and AP French. Right, so no happy time for me! Plus, I went to the East Coast for a weekend, looking at colleges. Sort of. The trip to New York turned out to be a vacation down 5th Avenue, but at least I'm decided at Penn. Whoo hoo! Ivy League~ >_> Oh my gosh, how am I ever going to have time to do art again?

For now though, now that I'm finished with my ap tests and have one week left of school, I suppose I'll have the entire summer. Again, sort of. (I have a couple of art commissions- even though I only stick with the digital anime stuff here, I actually do a lot of traditional artwork- which btw- more people at school like...). Personally, I'm WAY more attached to my digital stuff (it's because they're related to Aramus, and anything Aramus = LOVELOVELOVE.jklajf;dasjf). But hey, traditional is a great way to improve on skills, and artists like Range Murata and Yoshitoshi Abe definitely incorporate realism into their works. They are my art heroes. BUT, my point is, I'll finally have time to do stuff on the computer! Over the weeks I've come up with a bunch of ideas, so I'm excited to actually make it happen.

I'm also excited to watch anime, read, write, and drink that bottle of Ramune I've been saving since Christmas. Although, I'm not really hyped up about watching Saiyuki. It's so lame, I must laugh. You might wonder why I even bother watching it. Well, I'm kind of OCD, so once I start an anime friend Sarah lends, I MUST finish it before starting on another show. So you see, having a lame anime with 52 episodes becomes problematic. The worst part is that I heard Saiyuki's plot isn't even resolved in the end. Oh wellz! What else is summer for?

Hmm, what else? Oh, I should write a speech. We're graduating a few days later, and since I'm either going to be ranked 1 or 2, I have to give a speech. Which, btw, totally sucks. I hate speaking in front of people. Speech writing is like essay writing, and I've written six essays in a time span of two days last week. DO THEY NOT SEE THAT MY MOTIVATION LEVEL HAS EVAPORATED? Guess not. Whatever, better start cracking.

I haven't updated anything worthy for a long time.

It's because I've been extremely busy, and if not busy, then plain tired. That's okay though, because winter break is coming up! I am SO excited for Sweeney Todd! And of course all the FREE TIME. So right now, I've got college interviews, work, Christmas presents to buy, FINALS.... This is what I get for taking five AP classes. All my grades are boarderline grades! X_X I don't know why I do this to myself... Well, maybe I guess I'm a really proud person and I like to torture myself by trying to appear like I can handle things. Which I can... I just sometimes feel lazy... then the voices inside will start complaining "I want to draw!".

And so what do I do with my life? OH GOD... play online video games that are absolutely ADORABLE. I'm not kidding. There's this website that I just found--->

[link]

And the games are too cute. I feel like all the angst welling up in my head just needs some fluffy little bunny... (find the game called "Winterbells" and you will see).

So yes... winter break... presents and food ^_^ And I should stop going on orisinal.
