making my own costume part II

So my sewing machine stopped working. I should have paid attention to the negative reviews and invested in a real sewing machine, rather than a $14 hand-held one! Too bad for me, especially since I'm almost done with my costume. Well, I hope the one I ordered tonight will work and continue working after two weeks. The one I just bought was labeled as "refurbished" on amazon.com, so it's not exactly a brand new sewing machine, but with the money I have right now, "refurbished" is about the only I can afford. Fortunately, this particular seller has good reviews, so I hope my case stays true to that.

It is Murthy's Law that your sewing machine broke =( It's really vexing, but I hope that you will get another one soon ;)

Yeah, a real one lol my other one was so cute though :(

This one was $65 + free shipping. Amazon surprisingly has really good deals on random stuff. They even have shoes and groceries... It's not new though, but since it's been "refurbished", it'll hopefully work well enough for me to get my work done.
