I feel so oversaturated x_x *blah*

Here's Rhys... he's very full of himself.

Even though this picture might not look so, this is a departure from my usual coloring style. I also played around with the focus and constructed a one-point perspective, though I'm not especially satisfied with the background (I think it looks kind of stupid...).

I swear I didn't mean to make the metal look like something out of Silent Hill X_X

This is actually a rather nice improvement from your previous ones.

Tha background is fine. It gives a bit of flavor to the character and scene.

lol, I don't believe you about the silent hill metal thing (or do I?). Hurhurhur, Rhys invites you into the store room to do naughty things XD or rip you apart with a chain saw.

I really love this, though. Though you may not be happy with it, the background really adds a lot of depth to it. Also, I like how you kind of added a blueish tint to his skin (in the shadows)....or am I just imagining it? Either way the skin looks really believable and lifelike.

No seriously, I was like, "hmm, let's add some texture to the door so it doesn't look like crap! Hey, it turned out exactly like the SH3 CD cover with Heather!!! Oh noes!"

(lol... I can see that... Rhys is such a gigolo...)

It's a purplish tint. A lot of tutorials say to use it to suggest a shadow. Range Murata seems to use it a lot too. Glad you like it ^_^
