I feel so oversaturated x_x *blah*
Here's Rhys... he's very full of himself. Even though this picture might not look so, this is a departure from my usual coloring style. I also played around with the focus and constructed a one-point perspective, though I'm not especially satisfied with the background (I think it looks kind of stupid...). I swear I didn't mean to make the metal look like something out of Silent Hill X_X From my story Aramus Inc. character © me |

Tha background is fine. It gives a bit of flavor to the character and scene.
I really love this, though. Though you may not be happy with it, the background really adds a lot of depth to it. Also, I like how you kind of added a blueish tint to his skin (in the shadows)....or am I just imagining it? Either way the skin looks really believable and lifelike.

It's a purplish tint. A lot of tutorials say to use it to suggest a shadow. Range Murata seems to use it a lot too. Glad you like it ^_^
