Wow... so many favorites. I want to thank everyone that's commented and faved... because really, I don't have people looking at my stuff very often. Now that school's started, I don't have time to thank everyone personally, but I hope you know that it means something to me! +++ I have to say, one of my favorite characters from Harry Potter is Lupin because... well... he's so nice (most times). It was depressing when *SPOILER* he and Tonks dies. Who's going to take care of TEDDY? Kay, so this drawing's kind of honoring them... The other reason why I drew them was because I wasn't satisfied with the movie interpretation of Lupin (or Tonks, but not as much). Oh, and here's something interesting I found on wikipedia: "Patronus (plural patroni) was part of the social customs of Ancient Rome, a social term that referred to the senior party in one of several social relationships. It could refer to the protector, sponsor, or benefactor of a cliens from the lower classes or from outside Rome in a relationship called clientela. This social institution was ancient, extending into Rome's earliest society. Indeed, the Romans believed it was invented by Romulus.
